A: Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on all of IMRELAX products. If you experience any issues with your purchase within 2 years, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.

A: Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. However, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for shipping costs. At present, we only accept the package return back to our factory in China.
